During my childhood, I dont really like sweet stuff.. not a sweet tooth person. I tried this recipe more than once, the good thing about this is you can make the dough and put in your fridge overnight or few days. Once you ready to bake, just take out .. roll it flat .. apply the cinnamon paste and bake ! I know this from Shanghai friend, and of course asian grocerry shop.. my kids love glutinous rice and me too. - Spray pizza pan or baking tray lightly with oil.<br />
- Prepare pizza sauce and toppings. Keep shredded mozzarella in the fridge (Note 5).<br />

<b>ROLLING OUT DOUGH:</b><br />
<ol>
<li>Dough should be soft and elastic, and not stick to your hands. It will not be completely smooth like yeast dough (video 38 sec)(Note 6).</li>
<li>Shape dough into a ball. Roll out into a 30cm/12" round.</li>
<li>Transfer to pizza pan, preferably with holes (for crispier base), or a baking tray (Note 7 pizza stone). Use your fingers to pull from the centre to fill the pan to the edge - avoid pinching the edges (to ensure puffy crust!).</li>
</ol>
<b>TOP & BAKE:</b><br />
<ol>
<li>Top with 1/4 cup pizza sauce and toppings of choice.</li>
<li>Brush the crust edge (just exposed edge with no toppings on it) with oil.</li>

曼煎糕<br />
材料:<br />
220克面粉 (1.5 cup + 3 tbsp Flour)<br />
1/2茶匙苏打粉 (1/2 tsp Baking powder)<br />
50克糖 (4 tbsp Sugar)<br />
3/4茶匙干酵母 (3/4 tsp yeast)<br />
2粒鸡蛋 (2 eggs)<br />
310毫升水 (310 ml water)<br />

馅料:<br />
120克花生,烤好,去皮及搅碎。(I used ready made peanut powder - not that tasty)<br />
一些幼砂糖<br />
一些cream style 罐头玉米/玉蜀黍<br />
一些牛油<br />

做法:<br />
1. 把面粉过筛入一个大碗 。<br />
2.加入酵母,糖和苏打粉拌均,<br />
3.加入水和鸡蛋,搅拌至所有材料充分混合。用保鲜纸包着让混合物休息30分钟。面糊会在烹煮之前出现一些小泡沫。<br />

INSTRUCTION:</div>

1. Fry garlic mince ... add 'chai bo' if you have. I had cut some bacon fat to add in as well.</div>

2. Add in kuey kak to stir for a while.</div>

3. Add 1.5 tablespoon of mixture of sauces.</div>

4. Make the kuey kak a bit burn to increase the 'wok hei'</div>

5. Make a hole in the middle, add in egg + tau geh + chinese chives, chilli and another 2 tablespoon of mixture of sauces. </div>

6. Stir fry till the vege is cooked and served immediately.<br />

Cut the kuey kak into smaller pieces, you can cut while cooking too :)</div>

I saw one simple recipe and think to give it a go! And GOT IT!! I better note it down before i forgot.<br />

Starter:<br />
Water - 3 tbsp<br />
Milk - 3 tbsp<br />
Bread Flour - 2 tbsp<br />
<br />
Dry Ingredient:<br />
Bread Flour - 2 1/2 cup<br />
Sugar - 1/4 cup<br />
Salt - 1 tsp<br />
Yeast - 1 tbsp<br />
<br />
Wet Ingredient:<br />
Warm Milk - 1 cup<br />
Butter - 1/4 cup (60 gram)<br />
Egg - 1<br />
<br />
Instructions:<br />
1. Mix the starter and stir in a small pan until sticky. Put in a bowl, cover with cling wrapped, freeze for 1 hour.<br />
2. Mix the dry ingredient. I just pour into the bread maker.<br />
3. Mix the wet ingredient with starter and pour into the bread maker container.<br />
4. Turn on dough function or manually dough, let it sit for 1 hour. (If using bread machine, it will sit inside within the dough function to doulbe the size).<br />
5. Take out the dough , use some oil to dough a bit and divide into 9 portion.<br />
6 Optional : You can put in pulled pork, BBQ pork belly, etc. Or just plain.<br />
7. Let it sit for another 40 minutes.<br />
8. Egg wash the top and put in the oven for 25 minutes (185 degree fan-forced)<br />

You will definitely spot this store in any of the night market (pasar malam) in Malaysia. I usually is 'rice' people, moving here for 9 years making me started to miss a lot of malaysian food, especially I wanted my kids to remember all those 'local' food from their birth country.<br />

My kids not really like sweet potoatoes (same as me when i was kid). But know the good thing about sweet potato and we can get it quite cheap here. I have to find ways to make the kids eat it. :)
This is my 2nd attempts, the first one failed, as I poured the steamed water into making the dough, which make it too moist and have to add more flour, and leaded to tensed texture and mm. not nice.
In fact this is very simple snack to clear any sweet potato, the only thing is need to deep fried.<br />

Ingredient:<br />
Butter - 250g<br />
Sugar - 200-250g (0.9 cup) I prefer not too sweet<br />
Egg - 4
Vanilla - 1 tsp<br />
Self-raising flour - 250g (1.9 cup)<br />
Milk - 3 tbsp<br />
Coco mixture
1. 1 tsp of coco powder + 3 tsp hot water<br />

Instruction:
Preheat oven 180c<br />
1. Add melted butter into a bowl and beat with electric mixer.<br />
2. Slowly add in sugar and mix.<br />
3. Add in egg 1 by 1 and mix.<br />
4. Add in vanilla<br />
5. Add in Self-raising flour (can split in 3 times)<br />
6. Add milk<br />
7. Take out 1/4 cake batter and mix it with coco mixture.<br />
8. Pour in the 3/4 cake batter into cake tray.<br />
9. Slowly added the coco mixture on top, take a skewer or chopstick to swirl it :)<br />
10. Bake for 35 min... and Done!!

Another way is divide the batter into 1/2, mix the coco with the other 1/2 batter, then scoop in the cake batter with the mixing of 2 color.. but i just too l lazy to do that. :p<br />

做法:<br />

<li>把所有材料(除牛油外)依次倒進麵包機(先放濕的材料,然後才放乾的材料):牛奶,蛋,湯種,鹽,糖,奶粉,高筋粉,最後放酵母。我習慣 在麵粉中央撥開一小洞,把酵母放進去。</li>
<li>選擇麵包機的 dough 功能,材料搞拌至成一麵團,就放進已融解的牛油,繼續搞拌,成一光滑麵團 (可測試麵團搓到是否合格程度,參考溫馨提示)。</li>
<li>當麵包機停機,等待麵團第一次發酵完畢,見麵團發大兩倍。就取出,放在清潔的工作台上,灑點高筋粉。</li>
<li>用手按壓麵團,擠出空氣。切割成13等份,滾圓,收口朝下。用保鮮膜蓋著,靜置 15分鐘。</li>
<li>把每個麵團分別搓成長形,把腸仔捲起。如是者,把所有腸仔分別捲好,放在鋪了 baking paper的焗盤上。蓋上保鮮膜或濕布進行最後發酵,至兩倍大,約 45至 60分鐘。</li>
<li>塗上蛋汁,放入預熱至 180C (356F) 的焗爐中,焗約 35分鐘,直至轉金黃色為止。放在鐵架上放涼,即成。</li>
