莲子羹
Going to try this soon... from fb Ong Sok Hwee recipe
材料A:
莲子200g用热水泡10分钟去芯沥干蒸45分钟左右至
莲子烂了
水1000ml
盐1/4茶匙
黑糖适量
香兰叶5瓣洗净打个结
材料B:
番薯粉30g+水少许搅匀
作法:
将材料A(除了莲子)放入锅中煮沸至香兰叶飘香,去除香
兰叶,将材料B慢慢倒入,边倒边搅拌至自己喜欢的稠度就
可熄火放入蒸熟的莲子即可
