黑芝麻饼 Black sesame cookies



  • 300g Sesame Powder with sugar
  • 120g Castor Sugar(raw sugar) or Icing Sugar - 0.53 cup/0.96
  • 250g Top Flour or All Purpose Flour - 2 cups
  • 180ml Oil (I use Olive Oil) - 0.76 cup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 100g Toasted Sesame Seed for topping
  • 1 Egg Yolk, beaten for glazing
