蚵仔煎



flour - 1 bowl
corn flour - ½ bowl
water - 3 bowls
salt - 1 teaspoon

1. Pour some oil, put about 10 bb oyster, turn to the other side once is turn brown.
2. Pour in the flour mixtue, wait a while till the flour is cooked.
3. Put in one egg, stir the egg around … let it cook for a while… 
4. Turn to the other side… i prefer a bit burn…
